Wanda Mae Duncan, age 91, of Bellevue, passed away Wednesday evening, May 6, 2020. Born May 28, 1928 in Walla Walla, she was the daughter of the late Guy and Margaret (Palmer) Scott.
In accordance with the family's wishes, there will be no formal service for Wanda at this time. Arrangements for Wanda have been entrusted to Sunset Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park.
