Wanda W. Eng, 70, a long time resident of Mercer Island, Washington, passed away on October 6, 2011 surrounded by family and friends. She was born on December 24, 1940 in Canton, China to Wing Yip and May Kay Mui. Wanda immigrated to Seattle, Washington in 1963. She was a devoted Christian and faithful believer. She is survived by her loving husband of almost 49 years, Glenn, two children Timothy and Jennifer, two grandchildren Adrienne and Brady, older brother Hon (and wife Julie) Mui and several nephews, nieces and other relatives. A memorial service will be held at 11am on Friday October 14, 2011 at Sunset Hills Funeral Home 1215 145th Place SE, Bellevue, Washington, with Pastor Brainerd Shiu officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to either the Marsha Rivkin Center for Ovarian Cancer Research or Seattle Chinese Alliance Church. She will be missed.
