I’ve finished life’s chores assigned to me, So put me on a boat headed out to sea. Please send along my fishing pole For I’ve been invited to the fishin’ hole.
Where every day is a day to fish, To fill your heart with every wish. Don’t worry, or feel sad for me, I’m fishin’ with the Master of the sea.
We will miss each other for awhile, But you will come and bring your smile. That won’t be long you will see, Till we’re together you and me.
To all of those that think of me, Be happy as I go out to sea. If others wonder why I’m missin’ Just tell ’em I’ve gone fishin’

I was very saddened to learn this week of Wayne's passing. Our paths crossed from our years of working at USWest/Qwest Communications( and now Century Link) in the LRAC Network Services Group. Wayne was our SR10 VERY dependable Bucket /Tower guy for West Seattle and I knew that he would always come through when I needed dependable Tower help.
One of my fondest memories:
Wayne and Maggie, , Sandy Green from LRAC( and also deceased) and myself, as we all were finally able to get together at the Spaghetti Factory one summer for a leisurely lunch after our respective retirements;and what a great time we all had!
WAYNE, I'LL MISS YOU;STILL HAVE MY WILBUR SMITH BOOK COLLECTION, THAT YOU RECOMMENDED!REST IN PEACE.
