Wenbin Zhang

张弟兄自幼因时局动荡，父亲外出工作，杳无音讯，与母亲和弟弟相依为命，生活极其艰苦。由于他勤奋好学，考取师范学校，工作后积极肯干，关心群众，受到上下级的拥戴。生活上孝顺母亲，疼爱伴侣，对子女后代慈祥、仁爱，重视子女教育。他为人正直，勤勉努力，热爱生活。

2007年成为基督徒后，他的生活更加有盼望，和妻子热衷参加教会组织的各项活动，积极给亲友传福音，把上帝的爱介绍给身边的人。

他的一生丰富多彩，90年的人生旅程享受四世同堂。他完成了天父交给他的使命，荣归天家。他将被儿女、孙女和重孙女们永远怀念！

Brother Wenbin Zhang was born in Baoding City, Hebei Province on August 17, 1934. He started working in 1954. He married Sister Wei Zhang in August 1957 and had a son and three daughters. He worked at the China Construction Commission until 2000. After retirement, he and his wife Immigrated to the United States to reunite with his family. He was baptized on June 10, 2007 at Seattle Christian Assembly. He passed away due to illness at home in Seattle on November 2, 2023, at the age of 90.

Due to the turmoil situation in China at his childhood, Brother Zhang's father went out to work and lost contact with his family. He needed to support his family at an early age, and his life was extremely difficult. Because he was diligent and studious, he was admitted to a normal school, worked hard and cared about the colleagues, and was loved by his superiors and subordinates. He was filial to his mother, loved his wife, was kind and loving to his children, and provided their children with good education. He is an honest man, hard-working and enjoys his life.

After becoming a Christian in 2007, his life became more hopeful. He and his wife enthusiastically participated in various activities organized by the church, actively preached the gospel to relatives and friends, and introduced God's love to those around him.

His life was rich and colorful, and he enjoyed four generations living together in his 90-year life journey. He completed the mission entrusted to him by his Heavenly Father and returned home in glory. He will be forever missed by his children, granddaughters and great-granddaughters!
