Wilma was born on December 31st, 1925 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She married Elmer Webber, and though they didn’t have any children of their own, they loved and cherished their many nieces, nephews and cousins strewn across the country.
A unique soul, Wilma was a very gentle, kind and loving person who enjoyed making and collecting dolls as well as many other crafts. Most of all she loved to invest herself in her family.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Wilma is survived by her brother Don Skiff, and sister Susie (Betty) Frank and was predeceased by her husband Elmer. She will be laid to rest with Elmer at Cedar Lawns Memorial Park in Redmond, Washington.
