Ben, my first friend at UCLA. I remember meeting him and his family during move in day, being completely uncertain about how it would be to live with someone new, being so far from home for the first time. Yet, hopeful that it could be the start of a close friendship. I can say with certainty, that after our time exploring college life and early adulthood together, I am so privileged that I got to meet and know him.

I met Ben at UCLA, he was a great friend, someone very easy to talk to, and someone very down to earth. Spending time with him was always a joy even with the simplest things such as grabbing a meal, exercising, or playing video games. I am deeply saddened by the news of his passing and my heartfelt dearest and sincere condolences and prayers go out to his close friends and family.

My deepest condolences to you and your family.  It was always nice to have you all here at the house.  I enjoyed talking to Ben. He was always so nice and easy to talk to.  I enjoyed him company.   He was also a great helper . Helping Simon with the house repairs. May his memories lives on forever.  He will be missed.  RIP my friend.
