Elaine Copeland, age 92, of Westminster, California passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021. Elaine was born September 3, 1928 in California.

Elaine is survived by daughter Mary Rivera; daughter Donna Cotugno; and daughter Susan Albin.

Elaine was preceded in death by her husband Richard F. Copeland.

A memorial service for Elaine will be held Monday, May 24, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at St. Hedwig Catholic Church, 11482 Los Alamitos blvd., Los Alamitos, CA 90700. A burial will occur Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Riverside National Park, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA 92518.
