Kristy Rose Wozniak, age 40, of Hawaiian Gardens, California passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022. Kristy was born February 20, 1982.

Kristy is survived by her children Michael Wozniak, Raylene Rivas, Jocelyn Jimenez, Jose Jimenez; her mother Lucita Bernardo.

A visitation for Kristy will be held Sunday, August 7, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Bellflower, 10333 East Alondra Blvd, Bellflower, CA 90706, with a funeral service at 3:30 PM.
