Our beloved mother, Sinaleiliili Kelsall Lepua, known lovingly to family and friends as Sina, passed away peacefully at home in Bellflower, California, on the morning of Saturday, August 1, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 81 years old.
Sina was born on September 20, 1944, in Vailele, Samoa, to her parents, Vaovale Mulitalo and James Kelsall. She is survived by her seven living children — Vaovale, Dennis, Jeffrey, Roberta, Romeo, Julia, and Juliet — 33 grandchildren, and 30 great-grandchildren.
Sina was a devout member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she served faithfully in many capacities throughout different organisations within the Church. She had a strong testimony of the truthfulness of the Gospel and was never ashamed of her faith. Without hesitation, she would courageously share her testimony with others and invite them to church.
Professionally, Sina was a travel agent throughout her working life. She always went above and beyond to help individuals and families with their travel needs and was a highly respected agent among her peers.
Mom was a remarkable woman in so many ways, and we will forever miss her and remember her with deep gratitude and love.
Rest peacefully, Mom, until we meet again. ❤️
With all our love,
Your Children, Grandchildren, and Great-grandchildren
