Violet Marie Sampson

December 8, 1919March 22, 2014

Violet was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. Her first husband Tony died in WWII. They lost a baby at birth. Violet moved to California in the mid 1940’s she then married Carl, her husband of 55 years. Violet worked at Safeway for 15 years. She enjoyed volunteering at St Mary’s hospice and serving at her church St. Dominic Savio. She is survived by her sons, Victor and Vincent; daughter-in-law, Diane; grandchildren, Jennifer (Ian), Kristen, Nicole (Craig), Andy (Taryn) and Kim (Al); and great-grandchildren, Gerard, Aunna, Destiny, Ethan, Delilah, Nathan, Chase, Bentley and Alijah.
