You are such a beautiful soul. I could never and still can't stay mad at you even though you forgot that I probably needed gloves for a twenty minute ride at night on the back of a motorcycle.Thank you for teaching me how precious and short life can be. As hard as it is to learn it and as much as I wish it hadn't been like this I appreciate it. I hope I made you laugh as much as you made me. For you I will continue to laugh.

Chris, you were a dear, loved member of our family, even though we weren't actually related. My baby sister swore she'd marry you one day. You brightened my mother's day more than once and more than a little. You were a friend to my brother when he needed one. You left us sooner than you should have and we will always miss you. Goodbye, my friend, my brother.

I never met Chris, or knew him at all. He graduated from MHS before I ever even attended. It was only through one of his closest friends that I found out what happened, and felt a pain in my heart. It is so obvious, even though we never met, that he was an amazing friend, a great guy and had a good taste in music. I browsed his facebook page, just to see what his last few days were like, and stumbled upon a song he posted. It was Casey's Song, by City and Colour. A band i've loved for many years and have more than one song that I attribute to the loss of a friend. It was Chris who reminded me of this song, and I would like to thank him. Even after he's gone, half-way across the country, and to a stranger no less, he managed to show me something new. He touched me and we never encountered one another. I wish everyone could be as lucky as your friends and family to have known you in your short, but amazing life. Rest in Peace<3

I was very disheartened to hear of this news. Please know that you and your families are in my thoughts. And though I never had the pleasure of meeting Chris, it sounds as if I could have bellowed out many a tune with him at Stop & Shop. He's here in the songs I play today and forever.

Was just thinking about your mom and your brothers and sisters, how much there missing you right now.

Chris will be missed at Home Depot. He was always ready and willing to help anyone. Peace be with you.

It wasn't easy thinking of what to say, because words can't describe what you mean to me. You were such an important part of my life; my partner in crime, my shoulder to cry on, my expert advice giver, my goofy, charming best friend. 

Even when you lived halfway across the country you would call me up out of the blue and we'd talk for hours. I remember sitting on your porch in the freezing cold smoking cigars, talking about nothing, just enjoying each other's company- I would give up just about anything to do that again. You were there for me in tough times and good times and I will never forget that. I'm sorry I couldn't make it today, but know you'll be in my thoughts all day, every day.

My condolences to sherry and family from ours. Chris taught my sisters and I to not be afraid and to not act like"girls". He showed us how to climb trees build forts and do many dangerous things we probably shouldn't have as children but they were still fun rest easy bud :)

Chris, you will be missed my friend. You made this world a better place with you in it and without you it will be less happier. Thanks for being my friend and letting me get to know you. Chris, I won't say goodbye to you because this isn't where our journey ends. Your soul will be with me, singing along to all of our favorite songs. Every time I swing at Bowers, you'll be right beside me. I'll carry a piece of you with me for the rest of my life. And when my time is over, we'll be singing together again. I will never forget holding your hand and singing our song in the car with Janice. I'll never forget our late night trips to the park. I won't forget how much you loved me. I love you so much. I miss you, I have missed you, and I will miss you.

I wish I could have attended your funeral Chris so I could grab your hand and say good bye until we meet again some day. I'm glad you messaged me on that dumb dating website and shared a bit of you with me. I will burn some sage for you tomorrow. I'm sorry for those closest to him because he was a wonderful person.

This candle is lit for Sherry and Bob along with all of Chris's brothers, sisters, relatives and friends both near and far.

My heart hurts for the loss we all are dealing with right now. He lost this battle, but He has won the war, He is in Heaven, where we will see Him one day. Now we cry, tomorrow is another day.

Chris was one of our teens in our youth group when we were youth pastors. He was brilliantly funny, always saying something witty that brought smiles to those around. He was compassionate and sincerely caring.  Our prayers are with you all!

I may have not known Chris for long but he made an impact on my life. I'll never forget the car rides and songs that were played. He was such an awesome person and when I was going through things the silly stuff helped. I won't forget the times we had and smile when I look back on them. Rest in peace.

He was one of the most random and goofiest people I knew, no matter his mood he would always try to make everyone laugh. I'll never forget the adventures we shared. It's hard to believe I will never see my Korean loving brother again.

I can hear your voice when I'm listening to City and Colour. I remember the first time you sang to me, you sounded just like Dallas Green. It breaks my heart that I haven't heard your voice in years and now all I do is hear it whenever I look around. It breaks my heart more knowing that whenever I'll call your name, you won't be there to respond. 

I'll never forget what you've done for me. You taught me to forget the worries in the world during our time together and I felt alive. I'm even more thankful about how forgiving you are where we've had our falling out and only recently reconciled, I only wish it was sooner rather than later. I can not thank you enough for everything you've done for me.

I wish this wasn't the end for you, you were just beginning. I'll keep you in my thoughts and heart always.
