David is survived by: His sister, three brothers, two daughters, three grandchildren, and caring friends.
A memorial service at Fayetteville National Cemetery will be held on Monday, September 23rd at Fayetteville National Cemetery at 9:30 A.M., with full military honors to be rendered.
