

Edith Gay Emigh passed away Monday, December 19, 2022. She was a resident of Rogers, but formerly of Canton, Texas; Kingman, Arizona; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Kansas City, Kansas. Edith Gay (Hopkins) Emigh was born November 19, 1925 in Trenton, Missouri to the late Roy and Mildred “Ganny” Hopkins. The family later moved to Kansas City, Kansas where she graduated from Wyandotte High School. Throughout her 40-plus year career, Edith workd in various administrative and accounting positions retiring as the Accounting and Administration Supervisor of McDonnell-Douglas Aircraft Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded by her husbands, George Clayton Emigh, Jasper Cole Page, and Herbert Lee Roy; sister and brother-in-law, Beth and Bill Stewart; brother, Charles Hopkins; and daughter, Sandra Staska. Survivors include a son, Stephen A. Roy (Roy Cole Page) and wife, Rosie Roy of San Antonio, Texas; stepdaughter, Paula Brusso and husband Stephen Brusso of Bella Vista; son-in-law, Bill Staska of Canyon Lake, California; sister-in-law, Martha Hopkins of Clarksville, Texas; 5 nieces, 2 nephews, 5 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. Graveside Funeral Service and interment will begin at 1:00pm, Tuesday, January 17, 2023 in Ridgelawn Cemetery, Collinsville, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the care of Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Bentonville, Arkansas.
