She was born on October 14, 1926,
in Ketchum, Oklahoma to the late John Henry
and Margaret Madegline (Murray) Mattingly.
She was the wife of the late James J. Robertson.
She worked as a dietician for many
years at Bentonville Manor. She was a loving
wife and mother. Fern is survived by her son,
James W. Robertson of Hiwasse; daughters,
Mary Lou Stephens of Hiwasse and Teresa
Francis of Gravette; sister, Ora Delores
Denton of Muskogee, Oklahoma; 15 grandchildren
and many great and great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband,
parents, sons, Leonard H. Robertson and
Charles Robertson; daughters, Margaret Truesdell and
Shirley Swafford; 8 brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be on Sunday, March 16, 2014 from 3 until 5pm, in
Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Bentonville.
A graveside service will be on Monday,
March 17, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Hiwasse.
