Harold Dean “BOBO” Fletcher, 82, of Bentonville passed away Friday, November 9, 2018. He was born July 11, 1936 in Hiwasse to the late William Cecil and Lena Hudson Fletcher. Mr. Fletcher was also preceded by Iva Fletcher, his loving wife of more than 40 years; a daughter, Mary Kay Fletcher, a brother, Donald Fletcher and his “Puppy Dog, Butch”. BOBO was proud of his 40 year perfect attendance record at the former Kraft Foods cheese plant in Bentonville, from where he retired and was a member of Eastside Assembly of God Church in Bentonville. He had a gentle, loving heart and a kind way of letting you know of his genuine love for everyone he knew… and he never knew a stranger! BOBO was a loyal Razorback fan and followed the local High School teams as well. He enjoyed playing his spoons and blowing his train-whistle at the music events he frequented, playing his Wii and Dominoes. His innocence, compassion and genuine love radiated from him for all to cherish and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Survivors include 2 children, Bill Fletcher and Sandy Fletcher, both of Bentonville; 4 grandchildren, Michael, Kody, Kendra and Kash; 2 great-grandchildren, Makaylia and Jensen; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends. The family request that you continue showing the endless love and tenderness BOBO gave through the years. We, Jay & I were So Sorry to hear of the loss of BOBO,, he was a Great man & just last week he was showing us pictures from his album he kept with him. He was So Proud of his Family and ALL his Friends, which he considered Family. He & Billy would always come to shop and tell us about things, if it was something important to them & that made it Important to US. I first met him in 1966 & my-self and Jay will miss him Very Much. Our Thoughts and Prayers are with you, & we've lost a True Gentle-man & Friend to ALL. He was a TRUE FRIEND TO US ,, Charlie T & Jay M. ,,Charlie's Barber Shop ,,,

To his children and Family.......was so sorry to hear of the passing of your dad. Would enjoy seeing him when he came to visit in our church or at local singings , where he so enjoyed playing the spoons and blowing his train whistle. And oh yes, he loved to go to Braums, where we ran on to him many times. I personally remember him when I was a small child growing up in Hiwasse. I remember him living with his mom and even where they lived. I know he will be terribly missed but while he was here he added alot of joy to alot of people. May GOD be with you in a special way in this time of sorrow.
