Helen Rice, age 89, of Springdale, AR, passed away on June 14, 2011 in Springdale. She was born January 15, 1922 in Muskogee, OK to the late Harry L. and Mildred E. Sanders Puryear. She was a faithful member of the Vaughn Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include 1 son David Rice of Drummonds, TN, 1 daughter Ardythe Clark of Mounds, OK, 6 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Dane Rice.Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 18th at 2:00 PM at the Vaughn Presbyterian Church. Lynn Brown and Rev. Will Fletcher will officiate the service. Interment will follow in the Barron Cemetery in Vaughn. Arrangements are under the direction of Callison-Lough Funeral Home of Bentonville
