

She was the oldest daughter of 11 children, and she developed a passion for caregiving while helping to raise her siblings. Helen was a devout Catholic and instilled a strong faith in God in all of those that she touched. She was a selfless advocate for those that were struggling and was always there to offer encouragement, to lend a hand to help or provide a meal. Her warm and gentle nature will be greatly missed.
Helen loved cooking, sewing, gardening, entertaining and especially spending time with family. She was known to many inside and outside of the family as Grandma. She was the matriarch that held everyone together.
She was preceded in death by 8 siblings.
Helen is survived by her son, Duane Wrona of Hindsville; daughters, Connie Shaner of Bella Vista and Sharon Wrona of Michigan; brother, Jack Zacharias of Virginia; sister, Lorraine Garvey of Michigan; 10 grandchildren; many great and great-great grandchildren. A Mass of Resurrection will be on Monday, April 24, 2023 at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church in Bella Vista. www.callisonloughfh.com
