His absence leaves an immeasurable void in the lives of all who knew and loved him. John was a devoted husband, a loving father, a cherished uncle, and a loyal friend whose kindness, laughter, and generous spirit touched countless lives. The world is undeniably dimmer without him.
At this time, our family kindly requests privacy regarding the circumstances of John’s passing. While there are no details that can ease the sorrow of this loss, there is comfort in knowing that John’s final moments were spent doing what he loved most—riding his bicycle, a passion that brought him freedom and joy throughout his life.
One of John’s final wishes was to become an organ donor. Even in his passing, he chose to give the priceless gift of life to others. Through his selfless generosity, recipients in Houston, Nebraska, and Missouri have been given hope and a second chance. Knowing that a part of John will continue to live on through others has brought our family tremendous comfort during this difficult time.
John’s life was filled with moments that made people smile, laugh, and feel loved.
