Judith Elizabeth Jones, born 1940 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully near her home in Destin, Florida on May 24, 2025. She devoted her life to her family, friends, and artwork. She leaves behind her husband of 23 years, Rusty Harbaugh, with whom she also resided in Dallas, Houston, Tucson, and Reno; two sons who are retired Army Officers; and her dog Ashley. She will be buried in Bella Vista, Arkansas beside her Parents on June 27th.
Liz will be greatly missed.
