Judy was born July 6, 1917 in Sulphur Springs, AR to the late George Ward Eldred and Louella (Mosier) Eldred.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, George and Louella, 7 siblings, Ruth Eldred, Ben Eldred, Mary Connard, Charles “Pete” Eldred, Katherine Collingsworth, George Eldred, and James “Jimmy” Eldred. “Aunt Judy” is survived by 18 nieces and nephews and their families.
Judy was a member of the Sulphur Springs United Methodist Church. She worked on the family farm, a grocery store, and eventually retired from Sibley Engineering and Manufacturing, Inc. She was very active in her church and community and was dearly loved by her family and friends.
Services for Judy will be 10am Thursday, March 17, 2011 at the United Methodist Church in Sulphur Springs with a short visitation immediately preceding the services at 9am. Burial will be at G.A.R. cemetery in Sulphur springs immediately following the services.
