

She was the loving wife of the late Thomas Shelby Hollingsworth.
Marie was a kindergarten teacher in the Pryor School District for 35 years at Roosevelt Elementary before retiring. She then served for several years in the Dallas Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed crocheting for her grandchildren, and tending her roses and heirloom tomatoes in her garden.
Marie is survived by her son, Thomas S. Hollingsworth II and wife, Sandi, of Oklahoma; brother, Bill Donohue and wife, Janet, of Idaho; sister, Joyce Orchard and husband, Ted, of Idaho; four grandchildren, Tom Hollingsworth III and wife, Samantha, Stephanie Walker and husband, Dave, and Christina Hale, all of Bella Vista, Ark., and Steven Florer and wife, Robin, of Abilene, Texas; and nine great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband and eight siblings.
Her funeral service will be Friday, April 25, 2014, at noon in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Pryor, Okla. Burial will follow at Spavinaw-Strang Cemetery in Pryor.
