Marisa Fay Franklin

Marisa Fay Franklin, 43, of Bentonville passed away September 26, 2021. She was born August 25, 1978 in Wausau, Wisconsin to Lillian Kay Bauch Gavinski Dikovitsky and the late Gregory Frank Gavinski. Marisa will be remembered for her sunny personality and a positive attitude. She was a terrific friend who helped many others… living her Christian faith. For more than 20 years she worked for Walmart ISD and she took her responsibilities seriously. Marisa was strong, spunky and independent. During her spare time Marisa enjoyed recording family events with her camera, riding atop a Harley, working puzzles and, especially, cooking for her family. Survivors include her loving husband of 25 years, Stephen Franklin; her son, Gavin Franklin of Bentonville; her mother, Lillian (Michael) Dikovitsky of Wylie, Texas; her sisters, Melanie (Jeff) Borges and Monica (Treg) Whitaker, also of Wylie; numerous extended family members and dear friends. A Memorial Celebration of Life will begin at 2:00pm, Sunday, October 3, 2021. The family will receive friends following the service, until 4:00pm at Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Bentonville.
