Mrs. Rowland was very active at the First United Methodist Church in Bentonville, loved spending time with her granddaughter, Elizabeth Ann, was a professor at the Southern University of Mississippi, and enjoyed gardening.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and John Oldfather of Bella Vista; Granddaughter, Elizabeth Ann; three sisters, Carol Ann Walker, Judy Bishop both of Maysville and Ernestine Breeding of Mounds, OK.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at 3:30pm at the First United Methodist Church of Bentonville. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Callison-Lough Funeral Home, Bentonville.
