Sad to say, but we haven't kept in touch as we would have liked, but Jerry was a neighbor of ours for many years.  We have lots of memories, as his children and ours grew up together. He was always ready for a joke.  We were saddened when he lost his leg and knew he would not want to suffer much longer. At least he is not suffering now.
