Barbara Joyce Russell, age 80, Oklahoma City, passed away early Thursday morning, April 4th. She was born on July 3rd, 1932, in Oklahoma City, to Olin Nash and Aline Gwendolyn Dragoo. Barbara worked for Cities Service Company for 27 years, attaining the position of Executive Secretary to the President upon her retirement. She was an avid quilter, active in the Central Oklahoma Quilt Guild, and had designs published in several industry magazines. Barbara was preceded in death by a sister, Noretta Sue Lehman, and survived by one brother, Jack Dragoo, Oklahoma City; two nephews, David Lehman, Oklahoma City, and Allen Lehman, Odessa, MO, and four nieces. A graveside memorial is scheduled for Monday, April 8, at 10 am at Rose Hill Burial Park, Oklahoma City.
