Billy James Cross passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2023 in OKC at the age of 83. He was born November 18, 1939 in Westville, OK to Vernon James and Reba Dorothy(Wilkie) Cross. Bill was a long time resident of Oklahoma City and a barber at Portland Plaza Style Shop for 50 years, retiring in 2014. Bill’s love of the outdoors, gardening and flowers was displayed in his beautiful yard. He was preceded in death by a son, Bruce and 3 brothers, Ronnie, Larry and Floyd. He is survived by his wife, Bennie Jo, 3 sons, Charles and wife Cathy, Jeff and Phillip, 2 grandchildren, Jeremy and Tanner 2 great granddaughters, Alissa and Kayle, 2 brothers, David and Loren as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
