Billy Joe Elliott, born in McAlester, Oklahoma. Predeceased in death by parents Joe & Lois Elliott, and two brothers. Survived by wife Norma of 67 years, son Larry and wife, Orlean, daughter Linda Oliver, son Bobby Wayne, and son Darrell Lee, 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
Bill was formally employed by Macklanburg Duncan and Gulf Stream. Billy was a member of Putman City Baptist Church.
