

Cecil Raymond Sullivan was born September 23, 1930 to Alpha & Samuel Sullivan in Okemah, OK and had three sisters. He passed peacefully on September 24, 2021. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Luzell Sullivan; his daughter Pam Williams and husband Gary; grandchildren Lindsay Johnson and husband Eric, London Adams and wife Melissa; great-grandchildren, Abigail and Madeline Johnson. Cecil graduated from Moore High School and the University of Oklahoma. He served in the US Air Force from 1953-1955 followed by the Air Force Reserve until 1980. He worked at the Federal Aviation Agency as the Chief of Accounting Officer until his retirement. After retirement he owned Century Printing and produced Key Magazine from the early 1980s until mid-1990s. He was active in the Siloam Masonic Lodge 276, Shriners, and Moore Alumnae Association. He was an avid OU football fan and held season tickets for 50+ years before passing them on to his grandson. Cecil was a Christian, a member of Quail Springs Baptist Church and previously a member of First Baptist Church of Oklahoma City. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 30th at 2:00pm at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
