My dearest brother, It's been so, so long since I've written. But, I know that you have heard me thru prayer. 2016 has been an extremely difficult year, as you know, we lost Jack to cancer, and our dear friend Rick Blair passed in his sleep. Strangely, all 3 of you were 57 years old...it may have been God's plan. I know all 3 of you are together just as if here on earth. What peace it brings to me, that all 3 of you will be there with open arms when the Lord calls me home. I love and miss all of you so much!

My dearest brother, 

   Although it's been so long since I've written, I think about you everyday.  Sometimes I cry, and sometimes I laugh.  Some days I miss you so much that I can barely take it. I really need your hugs right now. Jack has  cancer and really having a rough time with it. I actually got him to laugh this morning when I told him about the time that you and I stole dad's truck and went for a joyride...lol  Just needed to talk to you, I feel a little better now.  Please give me the strength to get thru this. I love you and miss you. I will see you soon.

Dear Steve, I know that you already know....Rick Kaul passed this morning. Although it saddens my heart, I somehow feel at ease knowing that he is no longer in pain, and that the two of you are together once again. You and Rick had such a magnificent friendship! One that many people could only dream of having.....I can only imagine the smiles on your faces as you two reunite.  I miss you so much!

Uncle Steve, we miss and love you very much. Not a day goes by, that we don't think of you. We all have lots of wonderful memories that we will cherish forever.

Daddy, I can't even begin to explain the emptiness I feel with you gone. I would give anything to hear your laugh and see you smile just one last time. You were and still are the best father and grandfather we could have ever asked for. I miss you beyond measure.

Dear sweet Steven,  I think of you everyday and go by to visit you just to talk to you. I miss the calls and you saying hi Hag to me , it gave me the feeling of sister love from you. We had a bond that was different because I looked after you through our sibling years, a time I'll  never forget.You were always teasing us girls and in the end still a kid but all grown up. You was always there to help me when I needed a helping hand. Tell Mom and Dad hi and that we are ok and soon we will all be together again sitting at the table talking together. Steve, I ran into Ryan yesterday and heard the terrible news. You are the one who suggested a career in Sheet Metal to me. I've been in it for over twenty years now. Thank you for the great advise. I thought the world of you.

Steve, I think about you everyday, what an amazing lifetime we had together! You were the most amazing brother! The impact you left on so many lives is unbelievable. You were always there to help a person in need, rather it be repairing somebody's car, a financial hand-out, or a shoulder to cry on. The memories that were shared by all that loved you were so heartfelt, and will never be forgotten. Your laugh, and hugs i miss so much....can't wait to run with you again. See you soon.

Dearest Steve, how painful it must have been for those who love you to lose you so suddenly.  I only hope they remember through their pain that you were full of love and light and you will have life eternal.  Looking back through the old photos brought back good memories of you Steve.  You were like a brother to me as well for a long time.  Your family was my family and I love you so much.  I will see you in the paradise Steve, look for me there!

You have my deepest sympathy on the death of your brother/uncle. Your relationship was quite special and while this makes the loss so very painful, I do believe that your closeness and warm memories will bring you comfort. Know that I am thinking of you and your family.

My beloved brother and best friend, my heart is broken by your loss. But, when  I think of the life, love and laughter you brought to me, and so many others, My eyes fill with tears of joy.  I love you so very much and will miss you beyond any words can say.

His gentle soul will be greatly missed.  It comforts me to know he was greeted by Uncle Charlie and sweet aunt Colleen,  You're a great cousin,  We'll miss you.

My heart is so sad. I'm overwhelmed with grief and tears. He truly was one of my favorite people. We were always laughing and he was always telling stories and I never got tired of hearing them. I was so very lucky to have him as an uncle. He would have done anything to help someone in need and probably share a joke with you just to make you smile. Never would I have imagined you would depart this way but you were doing what you loved and you were surrounded by people you loved. Thank you Uncle Steve for being you and making this world a better place while you were here. You will be missed beyond measure.

I light this candle for my uncle Steve.  He was an amazing man and everyone who met him just loved him.  He was very giving and always laughed and smiled at life.  I am going to miss him so much.  I love you!!

I'm so sorry you never made it back home to come over and look at my car....you were always there when I needed you.  I love you so very much.
