Danny (Chilie) Ray Smith

Danny "Chilie" Ray Smith was born November 23, 1964 to Lillie Gouker Rose and the late Ray Smith. He passed from this world on September 5, 2017 in Seminole, Oklahoma. Danny attended Meeker High School. Danny loved his family and spending time with them, he was always about a good time! Danny did bridge work and welding with his dad, Ray, and brothers Curtis and Tommy. Danny could weld or run any piece of machinery you put in front or him. Danny loved the outdoors, going to lake, fishing, hunting and of course noodling!

He was preceded in death his dad, Ray Smith; step-dad, Lynn Rose; brother, Tommy Smith; niece, Kelsey Smith; and grandparents.

Those left to cherish their memories are his mom, Lillie Rose of Shawnee; step-mother, Gayla Smith; daughter, Jacie Smith; siblings, Janet Gragg and husband Stuart of Kansas, Raye Smith of McLoud, Rachelle Larson and husband Michael of Shawnee, Curtis Smith and wife Miste of TN, Tony Rose and wife Sara of Austin, TX; close friends, Larry Devereaux and Leslie Bronson; and many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews

Memorial Services will be held 1pm Saturday at Meeker Assembly of God.
