David attended Putnam City High School and Rose State College in Oklahoma City. He was a United States Marine Corps veteran who served bravely in Iraq.
David was fun-loving and generous. He always had a smile or funny expression and loved making people laugh.
David was preceded in death by his father, John Curtis, Jr. and is survived by his mother Debbie, brothers John and Michael, sister Kelly, sons Ryker, Ranger and Rowan, and countless friends who he touched throughout his life.
Rest in peace, David. You will be missed.
