Ethel Irene Johnson, 85, was born June 4, 1931, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to Georgia and Victor Waldo. She attended Central High School, were she met Charles and fell in love. Irene spent her life taking care of her family who she treasured more than life itself. She married the love of her life from 3rd grade, and they were never apart. Now they are together again, dancing with the angels and catching up with family, which is what she loved to do. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles Edward Johnson Sr., sisters Marion and Norma, and brother Victor Jr. She is survived by children, Gwen and Nick Cox, Teresa and Michael Dennehy, and Charles and Laurel Johnson; nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren. We will miss you Mom and Mimi…Rest in Peace.
