Gary Penland passed away June 2, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents Glen and Alma Penland. He is survived by his wife Carolyn of 39 years; daughter, Sherri and Nick Hernandez of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; daughter, Wendi and Phillip Parsons of Yukon, Oklahoma; son, Jeremey and Diana Penland of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 5 grandchildren, Rylee and Denton Sanchez, Kilian Parsons, Alexander and Ansley Penland; brother, Gill and Peggy Penland of Yukon, Oklahoma; sister, Teresa and Steve Hartline of Bethany; brother-in-law, Glenn and Donna Bowen of Lone Grove, Oklahoma; father-in-law, Hollis Bowen of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday June 6, 2013 8am-8pm at Bill Merritt Funeral Service. Funeral Service will be 2pm Friday June 7, 2013 at Bill Merritt Memorial Chapel.
