

Gloria Kay Noble of Warr Acres, Oklahoma, passed away on October 21, 2025, at the age of 68. She was born on June 30, 1957, in Hutchinson, Kansas, to Russell Paul Philbrick and Betty June (Floyd) Philbrick.
Gloria was a devoted and loving wife to her husband, Joseph John Noble Sr., with whom she shared 50 beautiful years of marriage. Together, they built a life centered around faith, family, and kindness. She was the proud mother of three children, Joseph Jr., Paul, and Sarah.
She was a woman of faith and prayer — a true prayer warrior whose strength inspired everyone who knew her. Gloria dedicated herself to caring for others, especially her mother when she became ill. Her family was her world, and she showed that effortlessly while caring for her brother Danny over the last few years. She worked as a bus monitor for handicapped children, a role that reflected her patience, warmth, and boundless compassion. Gloria changed career paths when she became a Banker at Weokie where she retired from.
Those who knew Gloria remember her big heart, her laughter, and her unwavering kindness. She loved her family more than anything and found joy in every moment spent with them.
She will be remembered as a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend a woman whose faith and love touched countless lives.
Gloria’s life will forever be cherished by her husband, Joe Noble Sr., children, Joe Noble Jr. and wife Tia Noble of Edmond, OK; Paul Noble of Warr Acres, OK; Sarah Horton and husband Justin Horton of Bethany, OK, brother, Danny Philbrick of Yukon, OK; seven grandchildren Jessie, Micah, Caleb, Ashtin, Ashlyn, Kyndra, and Jeremiah and four great-grandchildren who will carry on her legacy of love and compassion.
