Jeffrey Scott Wade, 46, passed away July 25, 2011. He was born September 8, 1964 in OKC. Jeff is survived by his wife: Tina Wade, mother Mary Wade, father, Don Wade, sister, Cheri Kollar and her husband Todd, brother, Gregg Wade, and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his sister Terri Burnett and brother, Guy Wade. A Rosary will be at 7PM held Wednesday July 27th, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church and Mass will be at 10AM on Thursday July, 28, 2011 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with military interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
