Jeffrey Lynn Williams

Jeffrey Lynn Williams went to be with our Lord on Friday, April 17, 2015 at the age of 70. He was born on October 2, 1944 in Houston, Texas. Jeffrey Lynn was the youngest of two children born to James H. Williams and Helen (Turnus) Williams. He grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated from NW Classen High School in 1962. Jeffrey Lynn enlisted in the Oklahoma Air National Guard Reserves in February of 1965 and served 3 separate terms where he was honorably discharged each time, with his retirement being in October 1990. He also started working at Western Electric in March of 1966 where he was a Senior Electronic Specialist. Western Electric later became Lucent Technologies, where he retired in March of 1997 after working 30 years. He was proud to be a Shriner, where he was a member of Siloam Lodge No. 276 since 1994, and was involved with several units during his time with the organization. Jeffrey Lynn loved to rebuild cars, and was very fond of his 1962 black Corvette. He was an avid collector of guns, and enjoyed the outdoors and camping with his family. His bright personality and humor will be greatly missed by his friends and family. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Linda (Giordano) Williams; his brother Jerry and his wife Barbara and their 2 children and 5 grandchildren; six children; Brenda and David and their 3 children and 2 grandchildren; James and his 2 children; Brett and Mary and their 3 children; Kyle and Lee and their 2 children; Melissa and their four children; Alex and Jackie and their 3 children.
