Judy Ann Dyer

Judy Ann Dyer passed away peacefully on September 23, 2026. She was born on November 15, 1948, in Okemah, Oklahoma, to Winton Herbert Moon and Virginia Belle Coursey. A lifelong Oklahoman, Judy graduated from high school and spent her life surrounded by the people and places she loved.

Judy had a warm and caring spirit and believed in always staying positive. She taught those around her the importance of staying positive and would want to be remembered as someone who was always willing to show kindness to others.

Her favorite music was country and western, and her favorite color was purple. For Judy, a perfect day was simply one spent with family and friends. Her children brought laughter and joy into her life, and above all else, she loved her family deeply. One of her proudest personal accomplishments was participating in a dance contest, a memory she cherished.

Judy was married to Bobby Barnett for thirty-two years, Bob Dyer for six years, and Larry Wallace for twelve years.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Winton Moon and Virginia Coursey; and her sons, Robert Barnett and Darren Barnett.

She is survived by her loving husband, Larry Wallace, and sister, Patty Flint, whose unwavering love and care provided comfort and companionship throughout her life. She is also survived by her brother, Jack Moon of Tulsa, Oklahoma; step-children Allen Wallace and family of Riverview, Florida, Jackie Wallace and family of Wilburton, Oklahoma, Melissa Edens and family of Wimauma, Florida, and Tyler Wallace and family of Riverview, Florida, grandsons Brandon and Bryson Barnett of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, fourteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one niece; two nephews, two daughter-in-laws Renee Barnett and Misty Barnett of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and her beloved fur babies, Suzie and BG.

Judy’s life was a testament to the love she had for her family and the kindness she shared with others. She will be remembered for her positive spirit, her ability to find joy in the people around her, and the laughter and love she brought into the lives of those who knew her. Her memory will remain in the hearts of her family and friends, who will carry her love with them always.

A Memorial Service will be held at Bill Merritt Funeral Service, 6201 Northwest 39th Expressway, Bethany, Oklahoma 73008, on October 10, 2026, at 10:00 am.
