Kind Hearted – All Things Outdoors – and a Love of Family. These things sum up Justin Ryan Hardin to a tee and give us a glimpse of just some of what will truly be missed with his recent passing on November 25, 2013.
Justin Ryan Hardin was born April 20, 1976 to Mike and Brenda Hardin and was a wonderful, albeit ornery and sometimes stern, older brother to Josh and Jeff Hardin and to his cousin Lisa D’Andrea. The Hardin family was tight, no doubt about that, and was ‘the’ after school hang out place for a multitude of Justin and his brothers’ friends growing up in the Western Heights area, where Justin went on to graduate high school.
Justin had a strong love of nature & shared this love with his sons Alex, Tyler, and Blake Hardin as soon as they could walk. Whether it was hunting deer, fishing, riding four wheelers, camping, or a boat ride on the lake – Justin relished any excuse to be outdoors. His sons brought Justin great joy & you could see his eyes light up as he played and roughhoused with them. People search lifetimes for what Justin Ryan Hardin had in a full life surrounded by family and friends that adored and looked up to him.
Justin had a heart for service & took great pride in being part of the Stillwater Fire Department. Being an EMT gave him purpose & a brotherhood that carried him through making him admired by many a friend and family member.
Justin is survived by his sons Alex Hardin, Tyler Hardin and Blake Hardin, his brothers Josh and his wife Sarah, and Jeff and his wife Gamille, his mother Brenda Hardin, grandparents Dale and Darlene Hardin, his cousin Lisa D’Andrea, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Justin was preceded in death by his father Mike Hardin, and grandparents Bob and Ruth Ray.
We welcome you to help us celebrate the life of Justin Ryan Hardin at 10 a.m. Monday, December 2nd at Bill Merritt Memorial Chapel in Bethany, Oklahoma. Donations for his children can be made at www.gofundme.com/5hx03k
