Kimberly Denise Arthur

November 17, 1970December 31, 2020

Kimberly Denise Arthur Ferguson, 50, of Yukon, OK (and recently Frederick, CO) went to be with the Lord on December 31, 2020 after her second battle with brain cancer. She was born November 17, 1970 to Bob and Pearlene Arthur of Higginson, AR. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Roy and Faye Rettig, Hazel Arthur, Glen Arthur; her infant son Caleb and granddaughter, Everlea Rouse. Kim leaves behind to cherish her memory - her husband Kevin Ferguson; sons Zack Rouse (Hope Patterson), Alex (Skylar) Rouse; parents, Bob and Pearlene Arthur; sister and brother-in-law, Lori and Tracy Marrs; 3 grandchildren, Luxton Patterson, Letty Logan Rouse, and Maizey Ann Rouse; 2 nephews, Seth and Cody Marrs; aunts and uncles, Windell & Ruby Wiggs, Greg & Janet Rettig, and James & Nita Romine, and a host of cousins and friends. Kim was a loving wife, mom, daughter, and sister. When she loved you, it was with her whole being. She would say she “loved you big”. And she definitely did. Her greatest joy was being a grandmother and spending time with her family. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date at Shiloh Baptist Church, McRae, AR due to the recent covid-19 pandemic. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make memorial contributions to the Agape Road Hospice House, 6601 NW 48th, Bethany, OK. We would like to show our appreciation to the amazing people who provided care for Kim during her last days and made it possible for her to remain with her family.

Kim was an amazing Christian woman and friend who was a joy to be around. Although we grew up together, we didn't become friends until we were both well into our 30s and I am so glad we did! I will see you again someday. Love you.
