LaDonna Mae Roetker

Born on March 29, 1944, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Robert E. Lee Abel and Virginia Mae Emig, LaDonna grew up in Oklahoma City and attended high school there before beginning a life rooted in faith, family, and unwavering devotion to those she loved.

On June 22, 1962, she married the love of her life, Thomas Lee Roetker, beginning a lifelong partnership rooted in devotion and joy.

LaDonna enjoyed Elvis and classic country music, and her favorite color was blue. Her perfect day was one spent in the sunshine, surrounded by her beloved grandchildren. She treasured every moment of laughter shared with her sisters, grandchildren, and family. Above all else, LaDonna cherished her family with her whole heart.

She is preceded in death by her son, Tom Lee Roetker, and her sisters, Jean Alleman and Barbara Kerr.

She is survived by her daughter, Denise Standridge of Yukon, Oklahoma; sister Nancy Cliburn and husband Solen Cliburn of Eufaula, Oklahoma.; grandchildren Merrisa Shay Griffith, Kirstyn Roetker, Darin Standridge, and Darci Standridge; and seven great-grandchildren.

LaDonna leaves behind a legacy of steadfast, gentle, lifelong love. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who were blessed to know her.
