

Patricia L. “Patti”, age 74 of Oklahoma City was born April 22, 1937 in Washington, D.C.; she passed away Monday November 7, 2011. Patti graduated from high school in Tacoma, Washington but returned to Oklahoma City where she had lived most of her life. Patti worked for the Federal Employees Credit Union and was a survivor of the Oklahoma City Murrah Bombing. Through the pain of her severe injuries and 22 surgeries, she maintained a happy cheerful outlook on life. Patti enjoyed spending time with friends playing bunco, and volunteering her time reading to the children at the Oklahoma City Library Outreach program. Patti was preceded in death by her mother, Leota H. Perkins, and survived by her sister Elaine Loraas, niece Sherri Johnson and husband Tom, 2 great nieces Hollie and Heather, 1 great nephew Christopher, and 1 great-great niece, all of Tacoma, Washington. Patti was a very special person who was deeply loved. She will be missed by all whose lives she touched, notably her close circle of friends Mary, Judy, Phyllis, Betty, and Carol.
