Ramona A. McCollum, 82, passed away December 11, 2010. Ramona was born to parents Lacy B. and Etta Jesse Matlock December 3, 1928 in Blossom, Texas. Ramona was married to Jarrell McCollum for over 44 years. She always took care of him through his illnesses. She graduated in 1947 from Putnam City High School, and she received a teaching certificate. She taught the 4th Grade in Simi Valley, Ca. She loved teaching all the kids. Ramona was a devout Church of Christ member all of her life, and she loved her family with all her heart. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Jarrell and other siblings. She is survived by her sisters Margaret Foster, of Moore, OK., Ruby Parham, of Oklahoma City, OK., Violet Thompson, of Simi Valley, California and many nieces and nephews.
