Robbie Katherine McKee

Robbie Katherine McKee, 51, passed away on 03/10/2023 at Integris Hospital in Oklahoma City. Robbie was born in Ft. Sill, OK, to Orvil and Charlene (Hughes) McKee. She graduated from Alex High School in 1990. She was employed at Acorn Children’s Center and worked as a childcare provided. She worked the 9 P.M. to 5 A.M. shift and loved working those hours.

Robbie loved reading, playing the lottery, collecting anything Stitch, spending time with her best friend, Kim Sledge, her family and her dogs, Olaf and Max. She will be remembered for being stubborn and wanting things her way. Robbie loved caring for others and putting others before herself.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Orvil and Charlene McKee. She is survived by her sisters, Sheila Jensen and her husband of Chickasha, Elsie Kliewer of Edmond, Mary Stone of Middletown, OH; and brother Neal Moore and wife, Nancy of Shell Knob, MO, best friend, Kim Sledge of Chickasha, niece, Jinny McDaniels, nephews, Daniel Kliewer and James Kliewer, great-nephew, Soren and great-niece, Juliette Kliewer all of the home, nephew, Tony Kliewer and wife Christine of Enid, nieces and nephews, Heather, Kim, Karley, Chad, Trace, Michael and Randy, many great nieces, nephews and cousins and her family from Acorn Children’s Center and Child Care, Inc.

A celebration of life for Robbie will be held Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Bill Merritt Funeral Service.
