

Robert Joesph LeFlore passed away on August 13, 2026. He was born on March 4, 1956, in Oklahoma City to Eva Crow and Jerry LeFlore and was raised in Oakland, California. Robert was a hardworking and dedicated man who took great pride in the life he built, the work he did, and the family he loved.
Robert continued his education at Oklahoma City Community College and Canadian Valley Technology Center, preparing himself for a life of hard work and service. He worked in construction and was known for his strength, determination, and commitment. He also proudly served his country as a United States Navy veteran.
Robert’s Native American heritage was deeply meaningful to him and was an important part of who he was. Faith was another meaningful part of Robert’s life. He was a member of Central Baptist Church, Cathedral of Holiness Church and Cathedral of Deliverance, where he found fellowship, faith, and community.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eva Crow and Jerry LeFlore. He leaves behind cherished family members, including his siblings John, Terry, Loella, Gayla and Patrick, aunts, Edith Crow and Mildred “Mic” Capture, cousin Carolyn “Tootie” Fletcher as well as his beloved nieces Marcie, Francis, Kenessa and Candice Lena-Leflore. His family and loved ones will remember him for the life he lived, the strength he carried, the pride he had in his heritage, and the memories he leaves behind.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at Bill Merritt Funeral Service, with burial afterward at Concho Indian Cemetery.
