Steve was born in Oklahoma City to Wilfred and Genevieve Kubat. He was preceded in death by his parent, and brother Bobby. He is survived by his brothers, James and Will Kubat, and sisters, Janet Pappe, Kaye Kubat, and Margaret Weaver. Steve lived the last 13 years at the Billings Fairchild Center, and the family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to the staff and healthcare workers who took care of Steve’s needs throughout the years.
