William H. “Bill” Lash went to be with the Lord on August 27, 2010 from his home in Moore, OK. Bill was born Jan. 6, 1937 in Sinking Springs, PA to Raymond and Alice Lash. Bill retired from Besco Supply in Tulsa after 24 years of service. Bill also started Lash’s Gun Emporium in Tulsa where he enjoyed his “retirement” until 2009. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, John Lash, and sister, Pearl Klinger. He is survived by his daughter, Terri Ray and husband Randy of Moore; and sons, Michael R. Lash and William H. Lash, Jr., of Oklahoma City. Bill was blessed with a granddaughter, Ashley Meeks, who was the apple of his eye. Bill is also survived by sisters, Dorothy Krick and Gladys Young; and brother, Walter Lash, all of Pennsylvania. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at Highland Baptist Church, 2425 SE 4th & Sunnylane, Moore, followed by a graveside service at Memorial Park Cemetery.
