McCook, William “Fred” died Sept. 17, 2011. He was born March 27, 1952 in Dodge City, KS to Willie Dale and Norma Ethlyn Krey McCook. Fred was an ASE certified mechanic and of number 1 nationwide for 7 years. He was preceded in death by his parents;sister, Mary Dale Wilcoxen; brother, John Robert McCook. He is survived by sons; William “Billy” McCook and wife Misty, David “Mitchell” McCook”; 8 Grandchildren; mother of children, Carolyn Mae Jones. Fred lived with his son and caregiver Mitch until his death. A memorial Service will be held 2PM Friday September 23, 2011 at Bill Merritt Funeral Home Chapel.
