William "Bill" Arthur Wehba

Bill was born to Adeeb Farris Wehba and Victoria Wehba/Lewis. He was born in Three Sands, Oklahoma, which was an oil boom town at the time, and now no longer exists. Bill was preceded in death by his wife Lucille, mother Victoria, father Adeeb, and brother Bob. He is survived by his brother George Raymond “Budd” and wife Martha. He is also survived by his son’s Bob, wife Connie; Ray, wife Pam; David, wife Becky, and Wiley. Grandchildren, Heather Tucker and husband Bill, Molly Kennett and husband James, Natasha Pryor and husband Danny, Will Wehba and wife Sarah, Rajean Wehba and caregiver, Elishia Batterson. Great grandchildren Liam Wehba, Owen Kennett, Lennon Pryor, and Max Wehba, who will make his debut in July. Also, a host of other grandchildren and great grandchildren who chose this wonderful family! Bill served in WW II, and was a marine until his passing. In 1965 he went to work for Tinker AFB and retired in 1980 to Lake Texoma with his wife. In 1994 they moved back to Warr Acres where they lived out the rest of their lives. He was a founding member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Viewing will be at Bill Merritt Funeral Home 5pm-8pm Thursday and 8am-8pm Friday. Catholic services will be closed casket and will be held on 10AM Monday, April 15, 2019 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with interment to follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery. Abel and Jity got along like they were made for each other. Jity sure loved that little fella, even toward the end he lit up when Abel came to visit.
