Edward Thomas Evert

May 31, 1963 – September 21, 2025

Edward Thomas Evert, 62, of Bethpage, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2025. He is now reunited in Heaven with his beloved parents, Edward and Patricia Evert, his sister Patricia Evans, and his nephew Michael Evans.

Edward was a devoted brother to Veronica Bombria (the late Jason Bombria) and Donna Evert, and a cherished uncle to Kyle Evans, Samantha Kitchen, Madison Bombria, and Zachary Bombria. He was a loving great-uncle to Julia Evans and a proud dog dad to his loyal companion, Ladybug.

A lifelong musician, Edward was a talented guitarist who played in several bands throughout the years, always for the simple joy of sharing music. His love of music was matched only by his deep dedication to his family and his work. Those who knew him will remember his quiet strength, his generous spirit, and the happiness he found in the little things—especially a good song and the company of loved ones.

Edward will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Visitation will be held at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, 234 Broadway, Bethpage, NY 11714, on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 2:00–4:00 PM and 6:00–8:00 PM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church, 220 Central Ave, Bethpage, NY 11714, on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 11:15 AM.

Interment will follow at St. Charles / Resurrection Cemeteries, 2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735, on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 1:00 PM.
