On June 25, 1950, Tom married the love of his life, Mary (née Mitolo), with whom he shared 48 wonderful years until her passing on September 3, 1998. Together, they had three children: Thomas Falcone (Irene), Angela Schlader (Gene), and Joseph Falcone.
He was a proud and devoted grandfather to Laura Evans (Tracy), Alison Flecher (Eric), and Nicole Hampp (Matt). He especially treasured being “GG” to his seven great-grandchildren: Lyla, Anna, Ava, Emme, Thomas “Tommy,” Quinn, and Ellie, who brought him endless joy.
Tom was preceded in death by all of his siblings: sisters Natalie “Nellie” Licciardello, Concetta “Connie” Friscia, Josephine Falcone, and Lucia “Lucy” Galletta; and brothers Joseph, Vincent “Jimmy,” Rosario “Sally Bo,” and John Falcone.
Tom proudly served his county in the United States Army from May 5, 1945, to November 25, 1946, when he was honorably discharged.
Tom was a member of the Amalgamated Lithographers of America Union during his career as a lithographic pressman, working first at General Reproductions until its closure, and later at Burton Quaker Corporation, where he remained until his retirement.
